Jesper
Parnevik, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is
currently 4th on the PGA TOUR
money list and 4th on the PGA TOUR all-around ranking statistics.
Mr.
Parnevik has a total of four PGA TOUR victories, which include the 2000 GTE
Byron Nelson Classic, the 2000 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, the 1999 Greater
Greensboro Chrysler Classic, and the 1998 Phoenix Open. Mr. Parnevik also has a
total of eleven international victories, a 1998 Scandinavian Masters victory and
was a member of the 1999 European Ryder Cup Team and the victorious 1997
European Ryder Cup Team. Mr. Parnevik, who was born and raised in Sweden, and
who is also a self-avowed "health and nutrition guru," founded LiFizz,
Inc. with Mr. Rosen when he realized the U.S. potential for the effervescent
vitamin tablets so popular in his homeland and many other worldwide countries.
Christer
Rosen, CEO and President and a Director, is an entrepreneur who moved to the
United States from Sweden in 1983. He owned several successful businesses in
Sweden from 1972 to 1983, when he sold all Swedish interests. Once in the United
States, Mr. Rosen founded an import/export business, B & R International
Imports, Inc. which later merged with a publicly traded company, Top Source
Technologies, Inc. Mr. Rosen became a Director and Executive Vice President of
Top Source, primarily responsible for its automotive division. In a few short
years, he built the division from zero to being a preferred supplier to Chrysler
Corporation, with one of the best records in the industry - a feat which
Chrysler recognized with its Gold Pentastar Award for both 1995 and 1996. His
expertise is creating successful new companies by hiring superior advisors and
an experienced management team.
William
J. Gillota, Chief Operating Officer of LiFizz Sports L.L.C. and Director, is
a senior management executive with over 28 years of experience. He has held
management positions with Federated Department Stores, Inc., Revco Drug Stores,
Inc., and Dayton Hudson Department Stores, Inc., as well as owning and operating
his own company, Tru-Horizon Laboratories, a manufacturer and wholesaler of
vitamins and pharmaceuticals.
William
E. Schoonmaker, Executive Vice President - Marketing and Sales, and
Director, has over 25 years exp
erience in the medical and retail industry. Prior to his current position, he
held positions with Whitehall Laboratories, a division of American Home
Products, and Florida Medical Industries where, as a National Sales Manager, he
grew their businesses by 100% in four years time. Mr. Schoonmaker is also
currently a member of the HBC Advisory Board for the General Merchandise
Distributors Council.
Dan
Koch, Vice President of Sales, has 25 years of experience in the retail
industry. Most recently, Dan was Corporate Accounts Manager for Wyeth-Ayerst
Laboratories where he was responsible for all corporate accounts in the eastern
United States including Wal-Mart, Eckerd Drugs and CVS among others. Prior to
his tenure with Wyeth-Ayerst he was National Sales Manager for Stuart
Pharmaceuticals, with full responsibility for five regions.
Dennis
K. Littleworth, Chief Financial Officer and Director, has 25 years of
financial and general management experience, most recently as President of Top
Source Automotive, Inc., in Troy, Michigan. Prior to that he was Director of
Manufacturing for United Technologies Automotive from 1994 to 1996 and held
several financial management and general management positions with United
Technologies Corporation from 1973 to 1994. Mr. Littleworth received a BA from
California State University and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
Michael
A. Rackley, Vice President of Marketing, has over 10 years of sales and
marketing experience with three major pharmaceutical companies, including:
Clinical Coordinator/Marketing Manager for Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Division
of Warner Lambert Corporation; Cardiovascular Marketing Specialist/Therapeutic
Training Manager for Bristol-Myers Squibb; and Cardiovascular Specialist/Area
Sales Manager for A.H. Robins Division of Amercian Home Products Corporation.
Mr. Rackley received a BSBA in management and engineering from West Virginia
University.

Ross Johnson, Director, is Chairman of the RJM Group, his
investment firm in Atlanta, Georgia, Prior to starting his own firm, he was the
CEO of RJR Nabisco. In 1989, Mr. Johnson retired from RJR Nabisco after
arranging for its sale for $25 billion cash, which was a record price at that
time of any acquisition and today still stands as the highest cash price. Mr.
Johnson serves on several boards including American Express, Power Corporation
of Canada, Noma Industries and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Company. Mr. Johnson
has been honored with many prestigious awards including the Order of Canada, the
Silver Medal of Patriotism (U.S.), the Versailles Award (France), the William
Averell Harriman Award (Boy's Club of NYC), the John F. Kennedy Award (All
American Golf Foundation), and the American Marketing Association's Statesman of
the Year Award. Mr. Johnson is also a Trustee at Duke University; Chairman of
the Advisory Council, Columbia School of Business; and Chairman of the Economic
Club of New York, among others.
Peter
A. Lund, Director, served as President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS
Television and Cable Group, until
his resignation in June 1997. He was responsible for all CBS television
operations, including CBS Entertainment, CBS News, CBS Television Stations, CBS
Sports, CBS Enterprises, CBS Cable and the CBS Television Network. Lund was
named President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS, Inc., in November, 1995. He
assumed his current title in January, 1997, with the addition of cable
responsibilities. He had been President, CBS/Broadcast Group, since February,
1995, and has held several other senior executive positions at CBS. Lund is a
member of the Board of Trustees of the University of St. Thomas, the Central
Park Conservancy and the Citizens Budget Commission. He also serves on several
industry boards including the American Film Institute and the Motion Picture and
Television Foundation.
John
A. Clark, Director, is Chairman and President of L.C. Clark Publishing Co.,
Inc., North Palm Beach, Florida,
a company he founded in 1981. L.C. Clark publishes national trade magazines for
the home furnishing, interior design, environmental and football professions.
Clark also produces major trade shows and education conferences that attract
both national and international audiences.
James
J. Rybacki, Pharm D., earned
his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the university of Nebraska Medical Center
College of Pharmacy in Omaha. More then two decades of hospital experience have
included early efforts in gas-liquid chromatography research characterizing
human drug metabolites, and data collection for the College of American
Pathologists helping to establish normal values for laboratory studies. He is a
member of the clinical faculty at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
He is a Board Certified in Pain Management at the Diplomat level by the American
Academy of Pain Management, and provides ongoing clinical pain management
consulting. Dr. Rybacki is actively involved in the post marketing monitoring of
medicines via the Drug Surveillance Network, a nationwide association of
clinical pharmacists, and he is an approved External New Drug Application
reviewer for the Canadian Drug Ministry.
