What is LiFizz?
LiFizz is a great tasting, effervescent vitamin and mineral supplement. Because
LiFizz vitamins are taken in a delicious liquid form, they are easy to swallow,
more readily absorbed by your body and deliver 5 times more nutrients than
conventional vitamin pills.
What is an effervescent?
Effervescence means that the tablet contains ingredients that when introduced to
water cause the product to dissolve into a delicious drink. Vitamins taken in a
liquid form are easily digested and readily used by the body. That is why LiFizz
Effervescent Vitamins are so effective. With traditional supplement pills or
tablets, the stomach must first begin the digestive process by breaking down the
tablet or pill into a liquid state. During this process, a substantial amount of
the nutritional value is simply lost. In other words, a very large percentage of
the vitamin supplements you are paying for simply pass through your body without
getting absorbed.
Why should I take LiFizz Vitamin supplements?
How often should I take LiFizz?
For a normal active lifestyle, we recommend that you take your LiFizz Vitamins
once a day. Remember that since your body so readily absorbs LiFizz products,
you get the full benefit of the vitamins you are taking. If you are a regular
smoker, under a lot of stress, or feel the onset of a cold, then more of the
supplement may be taken. If you like to take very large doses or MEGA doses of a
particular vitamin, the most common being vitamin C, we recommend that you
divide the doses into smaller amounts that can be taken two or three times a
day. This allows your body to more efficiently utilize the nutrient.
It is accepted in medical circles that the liquid form of any supplement is more

Is LiFizz sugar free?
Yes. Every LiFizz product is sugar free.
Can I swallow the LiFizz tablet with water?
No. We do not recommend that you swallow LiFizz tablets without first dissolving
the tablet in water. After the tablet dissolves in water, you then drink the
clear, refreshing liquid at your leisure!
Can I chew the LiFizz tablet?
You can chew a LiFizz tablet without any adverse effects. However, this is not
the recommended usage. LiFizz effervescent tablets should be dissolved in water
prior to introducing them into your system; but there is certainly no problem if
the LiFizz vitamin tablet is chewed.
Is LiFizz like Alka Seltzer?
No!! While Alka Seltzer is also an effervescent tablet, LiFizz Effervescent
Vitamin tablets dissolve completely, contain no sugar, are low in sodium, leave
no unpleasant aftertaste and come in several natural fruit flavors.
Can I take LiFizz with other prescription or over-the-counter drugs?
LiFizz supplements are completely safe to take so there is no reason why you
should not take LiFizz effervescent tablets with other products. LiFizz vitamins
are all natural supplements that provide you with the most effective delivery
method known to supplement your diet. However, if you are taking prescription
medications, it is always best to consult your physician or pharmacist prior to
taking any type of supplement or other medication.
Can I mix one LiFizz tablet with another LiFizz product in the same glass
of water?
YES, you can mix as many of the LiFizz products as you like together as long as
you increase the amount of liquid you are using. We recommend you use
approximately 4-6 ounces of water per tablet.
Can I put LiFizz in orange juice, tea, Coca Cola , Pespi , Kool Aid ,
etc.?
Yes, we encourage you to be creative!!! For example, regular iced tea plus a
LiFizz Raspberry Vitamin C equals a delicious, nutrient-packed raspberry iced
tea. You can add LiFizz tablets to almost any of your favorite drinks. However,
it should be noted that effervescent tablets do not dissolve as readily when
added to thicker liquids such as orange juice. Therefore, we recommend that you
not use these types of thicker liquids.
