Warranty:
IM Systems, warrants the BioTrainer product, to the original owner, for 3 months from the date of purchase, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. In such an instance, IM Systems will, at its option, repair or replace this product. This warranty will become null and void if the unit is opened by anyone other than an Authorized Service Representative of IM Systems for any purpose other than to replace the battery, if damage is the result of misuse, accident, abuse or neglect. Determination of cause shall be made by IM Systems. Except as specifically set forth herein, IM Systems makes absolutely no other warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, or any warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness, for a particular purpose.
